These terms explain the practical conditions for quotes, bookings, and cleaning work carried out by N.A Carpet Cleaning.
Quotes And Bookings
Quotes are based on the information provided before booking, such as room sizes, fabric type, stain details, access, and postcode. If the job differs materially when we arrive, we will discuss any change before starting work.
Access And Preparation
Please make sure we can safely access the property, parking, water, and power where needed. We can move light items where safe, but heavy or fragile items should be moved before the appointment.
Stains And Results
We use trained methods and take care with every clean, but no cleaner can guarantee full removal of every stain. Some marks are permanent because of fibre damage, age, previous products, dye transfer, or chemical reactions.
Drying Times
Drying times vary by fibre, room temperature, humidity, ventilation, and soil level. We will explain expected drying and aftercare before we leave.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at booking or on completion. Please raise any concern as soon as possible so we can review it promptly.
